  • Appointments with Bethan Lloyd may be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours in advance without incurring a fee.

  • Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior to appointment time and date will incur a 50% charge.

​

  • Non-attendance or cancelled appointments within 24 hour of time and date will incur a full fee charge
