Clinic Reopening

If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms, please message us to cancel your appointment.

You will have a specific amount of time for your appointment and if you are running slightly late this will eat into your allotted time. If you are running very late and won't make your time slot, then you will still be charged.

We are leaving additional time between appointments to allow for our bio-security measures.

Treatment Times - Dog 30 minutes, Horse is 45 minutes.

There will only be 1 person allowed in the clinic at a time so if someone has traveled with you then they will need to stay in the vehicle.

There will be specific areas for:-
- Horse treatments - in through the roller shutter, past the dog pool on the left and tie up where you see the hay net. Please use the lead rope affixed to the ring to attach to your head collar (the clips will be washed down after every client).
- Horse Treadmills - in through the roller shutter and tie up on the wall in front of the treadmill. Please use the lead rope affixed to the ring to attach to your head collar (the clips will be washed down after every client).
- Dog Treatments - in through the roller shutter and walk over to the chairs that will be set up ready. Please attach to lead on site (clip will be washed down after every client)

There will be taped off areas. Please do not go pass these, as we have liveries on site and so need to keep their bio-security as a priority as well.

Once your animal is tied up please go and wash hands at the wash hand station or use the hand sanitizer on the right as you come in through the roller shutter doors.

All items touched by a member of staff will be bleached down prior to departure.

So that we can keep offering our services at the clinic we ask that you keep to these precautions to keep yourselves and us safe.
